Late last week, SDGO informed you that House Bill 1083 had been introduced to limit the authority of the Game Fish and Parks to promulgate rules restricting concealed carry. As of today, that bill has been replaced with HB 1173. The only difference is that the new bill includes all state agencies rather than just the GFP.
